The Site is owned and operated by Injury Case Claim Services, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Notice applies solely to residents of the State of California (“CA Users”). We obtain the categories of personal information listed above from the following categories of sources:
Directly from our CA Users. For example, from online registration forms our CA Users submit to us regarding products and/or services we offer through the Site.
Indirectly from our CA Users. For example, through information we collect from our CA Users while providing our products and/or services to them.
Directly and indirectly from activity on the Site. This includes the type of browser the CA User is using (e.g., Safari, Chrome, Internet Explorer), the CA User’s IP address, the type of operating system used by the CA User (e.g., Windows or iOS), and the domain name of the CA User’s Internet Service Provider. In addition, we obtain certain Site usage details and analytics that we and our third-party partners automatically collect.
When our CA Users interact with us on our social media accounts, including by commenting and/or liking our posts.
From third parties who interact with us regarding the products and/or services we offer to our CA Users. For example, third-party entities that assist us with email and direct mail, deduplicating information from CA User lists, analyzing data, and providing marketing analytics.
Use of Personal Information
